Berry Holding-Parsons advises on how businesses can adapt to computerisation, in order to reduce the legal and business risks. With an insurance background, he aims to manage risk, linking legal terms and conditions with appropriate insurance cover.

He advises on IT contracts, outsourcing, web site terms and conditions, IT litigation, data protection and IP rights in general. He also helps start up IT companies with user-friendly advice. 

He is a member of the Society for Computers & Law.
